Criminal Law: Clare Fletcher

clare Fletcher Specialist in Criminal Defence Work.

Born in Liverpool, and a former pupil of Archbishop Blanch Church of England School for Girls, Clare studied law in Liverpool. She went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Liverpool John Moores University. Clare joined Quinn Melville in 2003, having previously worked for a law firm in Sefton.

Clare has extensive experience in large scale Complex Crime, including Bank Fraud and Fuel Laundering, having worked closely with Nick Melville over recent years.

Clare defends throughout the Northwest and is a regular face at the North Liverpool Community Justice Court where she is a Trial Advocate. Clare is a Duty Solicitor and a member of the Liverpool Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Clare was made a Partner at the firm in April 2008.
