• We will collect and store your personal information which will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (including without limitation the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC) (data protection legislation).​

• We will use your name, address, email address, contact number, date of birth, national insurance number and financial information  (‘personal information’) to provide our services to you and keep you informed of the matter proceeding against you. We may be required to pass your personal information to the Legal Aid Agency in order to apply for Legal Aid on your behalf.

• Should you decide not to proceed with our services, we will delete your personal information unless it is to be maintained for regulatory reasons in accordance with the LAA contract.
