Jack Sweeney
Jack became a fully qualified solicitor in early 2021. He studied at Newcastle and Manchester progressing from an undergraduate degree in English Literature to the GDL law postgraduate, followed by the Legal Practical Course.
Jack is also a fully qualified police station representative and is able to follow cases from the initial arrest right through the court process. He believes that it is an invaluable asset being able to work on a case from the earliest possible stage and that the right advice at the police station can massively shape any potential future proceedings.
He has worked on a variety of cases from drug related offences and sexual offences to a national interest manslaughter trial which he covered in total during his training.
He enjoys a great rapport with clients and prides himself on an ability to create a sense of trust and ease in what are often stressful and uncertain circumstances.
Jack is the youngest member of the team and enjoys working with vulnerable adults and children who may have various special needs. He ensures that their requirements are taken into consideration when protecting them and their rights.
