This Department is the heart beat of the practice. It is run by Nick Melville, Paul Mullin and Lionel Greig. It is a large department that competes with some of the biggest criminal practices nationwide. 

 

We cover the whole country and have recently represented clients as far afield as Exeter and Newcastle Crown Courts. We are in Liverpool Crown Court everyday and have been for over 22 years. We have represented every type of client on every type of criminal charge. We regularly appear in Manchester, Preston and Chester Crown Courts.
