Gia Melville

Professional, relatable and highly organised. Gia graduated from UCLan in 2011 with a degree in Journalism and English Literature. As a highly competitive individual who enjoys any opportunity to challenge herself (and unashamedly identifies with Elle Woods!) she decided to take on the the GDL. Fast forward six years and she is now the practice manager, COLP and youngest director at Quinn Melville managing a diverse caseload ranging from Liverpool Magistrates’ to the High Court.

Aristotle [said] "The law is reason free from passion". Well, no offence to Aristotle, but I have come to find that passion is a key ingredient to the study and practice of law, and of life. It is with passion, courage of conviction, and strong sense of self that we take our next steps into the world, remembering that first impressions are not always correct. You must always have faith in people. And most importantly, you must always have faith in yourself.

- Elle Woods, Legally Blonde 2001
