Police Station Representation – FREE (following arrest)

Police Investigation - from £250.00 +VAT
If you have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution we will work on your behalf entering into early communication with the police in an effort to avoid prosecution. If successful you may avoid both penalty points and a fine.
Letter of Mitigation - £295+VAT
If your case merits you not requiring a lawyer to physically attend court to represent you, you may wish to consider a ‘Letter of Mitigation’. This mitigation would involve written representations being drafted in a manner which the court will be familiar with and will assist you in getting the right points across to the court to get you the best possible sentence.
Mitigation from £595 +VAT

Exceptional Hardship from £595 + VAT

Trial (Case Preparation) - from £595 + VAT
Our lawyers will fully prepare your case to trial and this will include the preparation of all witness statements and evidence in support of your case and making representations to the Crown Prosecution Service prior to the trial taking place.
Trial Representation - from £595 + VAT
Should the case proceed to trial, this stage will involve our expert lawyer/barrister providing specialist representation at court. This stage will include sentencing if dealt with at the same hearing.
Interim Hearing - from £295 + VAT
In certain circumstances your case may lead to what we call an interim hearing whereby the matter cannot be dealt with by way of correspondence and when a lawyer physically needs to attend court to deal with a specific legal issue. An interim hearing is not required in every case as it depends on individual circumstances. Our team will of course be able to guide you through the process, providing you with peace of mind
